without any call on your valuable time. Our services include meet and
greet at your property, key holding, airport transfers and callouts,
plus our full advertising, bookings, maintenance and cleaning services
You can opt for our full Property Management package or just select
those parts of our service that are most suitable for you.
When we secure bookings for you, we will meet your guests on
arrival at your property and make sure they have all the information
they need to enjoy their holiday, for example, how everything works, where
to dispose of rubbish, house rules and local amenities.
Your guests will be given any help they need to enjoy their stay
in your home. It is encouraging for them to know that they can call
a local number here in Spain and get any problems resolved immediately.
If you arrange your own bookings and would like us to provide our
Meet and Greet Service, we can arrange this at a small charge per
visit.
A secure and well managed Key Holding service is vital for your
peace of mind. We provide all the services necessary to ensure your
guests receive and return the keys to your property in a timely
manner, as well as providing authorised access for tradesmen, etc.
Our Key Holding Services assures you of a professional service,
so you know your property is totally secure.
We will provide keys for all incoming guests who have booked your
property through us. We are also happy to handover keys to guests
who have booked privately through you, but we will require written
authorisation to release your keys, and we will make a small charge
for the service.
Alternative key collection arrangements will be entirely at your
own risk, since we are only able to take responsibility for your
property and its contents when we are sole key holders.
We can provide a Key Holding Service only for owners.
If you do not regularly rent out your property, or do not want
any other of our services, we can still provide a key holding
service for you. This may be beneficial for you so that we can
provide prompt action when needed. Typical cases where this can be
useful for you are if your guests are accidentally locked out of
your property or if your alarm is activated. Or you may require an
urgent by a tradesman to carry out repairwork.
We only ask that you contact us when someone will be asking for
your keys.
We can provide Private Airport Transfers for your guests to and
from Alicante and Murcia (San Javier) airports - and from 2009, we
will also be able to provide this service from Corvera International Airport.

There may be occasions when you need someone to be called out to
your property, for example - for the delivery of furniture,
maintenance etc. We can provide this service for a fixed fee, which
includes a waiting time of up to 1 hour. Extra hours will be charged
at an additional rate.
We will charge additional fees for the following, at the
discretion of the company. A call out requiring immediate attention
for example, alarm activation, loss of keys by yourself, your guests
or your tenants, and clients locking themselves out.
A basic Welcome Pack of essential items can be arranged for your guests.
